ESCAPE Mission Study
The Extreme-ultraviolet Stellar Characterization for Atmospheric Physics and Evolution (ESCAPE) Mission was selected by NASA Astrophysics for a 9-month Phase A study. This study and the ESCAPE TIP MSFC proposal section will allow MSFC to make significant contributions to the study. Marshall would develop and manufacture the mirrors that ESCAPE will use to study nearby stars and conditions for habitability on other planets. STI’s Jagan Raganathan will be working with Marshall Space Flight Center scientists and engineers on this important study. Principal Investigator for the ESCAPE mission is Kevin France / University of Colorado at Boulder.
