First GNC Circular for Glowbug!

The first GCN Circular for Glowbug has been published.  It describes gamma-ray upper limits (no detection) of a LIGO-detected neutron star-black hole merger.

GCN Circulars are short, public observing notes that alert the follow-up community of important detections and upper limits. The LIGO detection happened in the engineering run leading up to the start of the official observing run, which began on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 and will go for ~20 months.
